1. The amplifier incorporates six pressure setting units and can handle multi-stage pressure control on up to six channels.
2. The time settings for switchover among the channels can be made independently.

1. The valve enables easy 2-speed control and shockless control.
2. A digital setting unit is used for 2-speed and shockless control allowing excellent repeatability.
3. The digital setting unit is detachable, making is possible to adjust the setting while observing the actuator closely.
4. The throttle can be selected from among the meter-in throttle, meter-out throttle and meter-in/meter-out throttle.
5. The mounting dimensions have interchangeability with conventional size 025 and size 03 solenoid-operated flow control valves.

FEATURES
1. This valve simplifies hydraulic circuit configuration.
2. The mounting dimensions of a size 06 valve are interchangeable with those of a solenoid valve. Therefore, counterbalance circuits, cylinder circuits, etc. can be simply and compactly configured together with stack valves.
NOTE:Due attention must be paid to the following points when a size 03 valve is used.
1) Drain piping is necessary. When a subplate other than model SEHD03-04** is used, measures for drainage must be considered.(Drain piping port is provided on the solenoid valve.)
2) The valve cannot be used together with HK3K-R-Q*-03.
3) When the valve is used together with HR3H-*-B / D*-03, the drainage from the solenoid valve flows to the R port. Therefore, the pressure at the R port must be 0.2 MPa.
3. Fluid can be used in the same level of contamination management as ordinary management.
4. The power consumption of the solenoid is as low as 3.6 W.If the load pressure sensitive type valve is used, since the pump pressure is controlled to the minimum required level corresponding to the variations in load pressure, the required power can be drastically reduced.
5. If the valve with internal feedback (EHD3-06-F type) is used, the throttle valve position is feedback controlled. This reduces hysteresis to enable precision control.

Control amplifier for EHD3-06-F (with internal feedback)

FEATURES
This control amplifier drives current-controlled type directional and flow control valves (EHD3-06-F).
The control circuit power supply is stabilized and an operational amplifier is used for the control circuit so that the control amplifier ensures stable operation regardless of variations in the power supply voltage and load. In addition, the differential transformer built into the valve provides feedback control to achieve accurate control.

1. There is almost no hysteresis since the valve detects the throttle position to feed back to the control amplifier, ensuring accurate control.
2. Stable flow control is possible not affected by IN and OUT port pressure variations and temperature variation.

4. The mounting dimensions conform to the ISO standard.
